Sometimes it may happen, that you've forgotten your password. No worries, it happens to all of us, we got you :)
You may notice, that you cannot do this on our website. This is because there is no login. Everything is managed within the Plugin. So in order to reset your password, please open the desired application. As demonstration we use InDesign. 
Please navigate to the Connector and press "Login"
There you need to click on "Password forgotten or support needed?"
Then you click on "Forgot CI HUB password?"
This will direct you to this page. There you need to type in your "Email" or your "Username".
From there you will recieve a "Reset Email".
From there you can reset your password and you'll be able to work again.
