Can I cancel my Subscription?
At CI HUB, we strive to provide a seamless experience, but if you decide to cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process straightforward. Please review the steps and important guidelines below.
Cancellation Options
Option 1: Cancel Through Your Account
You can manage your subscription directly from your CI HUB account:

Log in to Your Account
Visit my.ci-hub.com and sign in with your credentials. -
Access “My Subscriptions”
Once logged in, navigate to the My Subscriptions section in the menu. -
Select and Cancel
Locate the subscription you wish to cancel, click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then choose Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

If you prefer personalized assistance, you can email our Support Team at accounting@ci-hub.com. Please include your account and subscription details to help us process your request quickly.
Important Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of the following policy requirements when cancelling your subscription:

Notice Period
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term. To avoid automatic renewal, you must submit your cancellation request at least 15 days prior to your subscription’s renewal or end date. -
Mid-Term Cancellations
If your cancellation request is submitted after the 15-day notice period, your subscription will automatically renew for the following year, and the full subscription fee will apply. -
Final Confirmation
Once your cancellation is processed, our Accounting Team will issue a credit note confirming the termination of your subscription.
