How to Extend/Renew My Subscription

Renewing your CI HUB licenses is simple and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know:

Automatic License Renewal

Your licenses renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. To manage your subscriptions:

  1. Log in to the MY CI HUB Portal.

  2. Navigate to the main dashboard.

  3. Select My Subscriptions to view your active licenses.

If you need to cancel, reach out to our accounting team, and they’ll assist you with the process.

How to Check Your Subscription Term End

To see when your current subscription ends and the next billing cycle begins:

  1. Open the MY CI HUB Portal
    Go to https://my.ci-hub.com.

  2. Log In
    Enter your CI HUB ID and password to access your account.

  3. Navigate to "My Subscriptions"
    On the dashboard, click on My Subscriptions.

  4. View Subscription Details

    • You’ll see a list of all your current subscriptions.

    • Look for the "Term End" date to confirm when your subscription will renew.

    • This date marks the end of your current term and the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Updating Your Billing and Payment Information

Keeping your billing details up-to-date is crucial. Follow these steps to make changes:

  1. Log in to the MY CI HUB Dashboard.

  2. Hover over the Billing & Payment button.

  3. Make updates as needed:

    • If you pay by credit card, edit your credit card details.

    • Update your billing address.
