Brand Check keeps your documents compliant by verifying that every asset you've used is current and approved. Each asset is automatically sorted into one of three status groups:
- Ok: The asset is current and ready to use.
- Newer Version Available: An updated version exists and is ready to swap in.
- Not Found: The asset is missing or no longer connected to your DAM, PIM, or cloud storage system.
When an asset needs attention, you can update it individually, or click Replace All to update every flagged asset at once. Click Refresh anytime to re-run the check and confirm everything is up to date.
