What is the Prompt Library?
The Prompt Library in Bright AI Chat lets you save the prompts that work, organize them in groups and reuse them in seconds. Shared prompts help your team get consistent results from Bright AI Chat.
Where to find the Prompt Library
Open the CI HUB Brand Connector and click the Bright AI Chat icon (the Bright elephant) in the left navigation of the plugin. Then click the Prompts (bookmark) button at the top of the chat.
All groups are listed on one page. Expand a group to see its prompts and collapse it when you're done.
How to use the Prompt Library
Create a group
Click New group and name it, for example Marketing, Product Management, Sales or Customer Success. Each group has its own settings and a + button to add prompts.
Add a prompt
- Click + next to the group.
- Name the prompt and write the prompt text. Use placeholders like [brand], [topic] or {amount} to make it reusable.
- Add tags to make it easier to find, then click Save. The prompt appears in its group.
Use, edit and organize prompts
- Copy a prompt: click Copy prompt on its card, paste it into the chat and fill in the placeholders.
- Edit or delete: click a card to open the prompt. Change the title, text or tags and save, or delete the prompt.
- Reorder: grab a prompt by its six-dot handle and drag it to a new position, within its group or into another group.
Each prompt card shows its title, a preview of the text and its tags.
