The Favorites section keeps your favorite assets and folders from all your connected source systems in one place, so the files you use most are always one click away. No more digging through folder structures to find the logo, image or document you need every day.
Search your favorites
To open the Favorites section, select the star icon on the left side of the brand connector. At the top of the Favorites section you'll find a search bar. Use it to search through all your favorites at once.
To search your favorites
- Click the search bar at the top of the Favorites section.
- Type a keyword, such as a file name or part of one.
The results show only matching assets and folders from your favorites.
Browse your favorite folders and files
Just below the search bar, you'll see your favorite folders and files. Click a folder to open it and see its content.
You can display your favorites in grid view or list view. Click the view icon to switch between them at any time.
If an asset was updated in its source system, click Refresh to load the latest version of your favorites.
Work with your favorite assets
You can use your assets directly from the Favorites section, exactly as you would in the Asset Explorer.
- View metadata: see an asset's details, such as name, size, format and other properties.
- Place: add the asset to your workspace or document.
- Choose a rendition: select the format and size of the asset you need.
Need several assets? Select all the assets you want and use them at once, instead of placing them one by one.
