Exploring the Brand Panel and Spaces Feature in CI HUB Brand Connector
The Brand Panel
The Brand Panel is the centerpiece of the CI HUB Brand Connector experience, offering direct access to curated, pre-configured brand assets and templates.
It ensures every user maintains brand consistency across projects by providing a structured environment with approved visuals and resources.
Key Functions
-
Pre-configured Assets: Curated by your DAM Admin, allowing users to find exactly what they need quickly.
-
Customization for Brand Consistency: Work with predefined fonts, colors, and templates to maintain visual alignment with brand standards.
-
Enhanced Usability: Reduce navigation and access key resources instantly to simplify the creative process and boost productivity.
Brand Panel Categories
Assets in the Brand Panel are grouped into categories such as Images and Colors, defined by the DAM Admin.
-
Images: Display brand visuals that can be dragged directly into your document or inserted via the Add button.
-
Colors: Display brand color palettes. Clicking a color copies its value (e.g., HEX or RGB).
You can also add new colors with custom names and descriptions.
Search Bar
A dedicated search bar at the top of the Brand Panel allows users to quickly find assets within the curated collection.
Brand Check
The Brand Check feature ensures that all placed assets remain compliant with brand standards. It categorizes assets as:
-
Ok: Assets are current.
-
Newer Version Available: Updated versions exist in the DAM.
-
Not Found: Assets are missing or belong to expired connections.
You can replace individual outdated assets or click Replace All to update everything at once. The Refresh button reruns the check to ensure all information is current.

The Spaces feature allows users to create personalized workspaces that collect and organize assets and folders from different connected DAM systems. This offers a flexible, centralized way to manage assets across multiple integrations.
