ExCop: Document Summary
The Document Summary is a helpful feature of the CI HUB Connector that automatically checks your documents and suggests ways to make them better.
The Connector regularly looks through the files in your DAM, PIM, or cloud storage system (you can set this to happen anywhere from every 5 to 120 minutes) and gives you tips on how to improve them. These tips come from ExCoP, a tool that looks closely at your files and points out things you could improve.
You can turn these automatic checks on or off, and choose how often they run, in the Connector Settings. As soon as you open the Connector, the first check happens within 10 seconds. After that, it repeats based on the timing you picked.
You can also set your own limit for image quality (PPI) checks in the settings.
When these checks are turned on, you'll see a small blue lightning bolt above the ExCoP icon on the right side of the Connector. Hover over it to see the suggested improvements. If you click on a suggestion, the related files will be highlighted and outlined in blue, so you can find them right away.

Green, blue, red?
In general, the following can be said for CI HUB Connector: The colour green for the indications means “ok” or “all good”.Blue indicates an uncertainty or discrepancy. So it is something you need to do to move on. If the icons turn red, it is a clear error that needs deliberate intervention.
