If your document has files from different connected systems, the ExCoP will show this with a blue "+" icon.
This blue icon shows up when a file isn't yet in the DAM, PIM, MAM or cloud storage system you're currently working in. If the file is already there, the "+" icon will just be grey.
To move a file to another connected system, click the blue "+" icon next to it.
A window will pop up showing you where the file is headed and which files are about to be moved. Once you confirm, those files get sent straight to the folder you picked.
Once the move is done, the files will also show up in that system. You'll know because a small system icon appears right next to the file's name.
To see which files are already in a connected system and which aren't, click the check icon
