If your document contains assets from different sources, the CI HUB Connector plugin will indicate this by displaying a blue “+” icon
The blue icon appears when an asset cannot be found in the currently active integration connected through CI HUB Connector. If you are already in the integration where the asset is stored, the “+” icon remains grey.
To transfer an asset to another system, click the blue “+” icon next to the asset.
A window will open showing an overview of the destination folder and the assets that will be transferred. Once confirmed, the selected assets will be uploaded to the chosen folder in the target system.
After the upload is complete, all assets will be available in the same system. This is indicated by the system icon displayed next to the asset name.
To check which assets are available in the connected system and which are not, simply run an asset check by clicking the corresponding icon
