How to Setup your Corporate Central Config
As a company, you use many tools. It is therefore essential for all employees to be able to adopt the same settings quickly and easily. With the Corporate Central Config feature, this can be

When the panel starts, it checks for a pre-configuration. If found, users are automatically redirected to the Pre-Configuration page where all available settings are applied .
The Corporate Central Config page shows all available integrations with “Connect” buttons. These buttons become disabled once a connection is established .
The Connection names vary by access point: they use the pre-configured name when accessed from the Corporate Central Config page , and a default name otherwise .
Users can access the Corporate Central Config page through the gear icon on the main connection view .

Corporate Central Config: Available Settings
Corporate Central Config allows companies to predefine and standardize settings for all users inside the organization. This ensures that every team member works with the same configuration and avoids inconsistencies across projects.
Below is an overview of the available settings that can be configured in the CI HUB Panel.
1. UI Settings (User Interface)
A company can pre-configure the default UI settings for their entire team directly in the CI HUB Panel.

4. InDesign PNG Export Preferences
Corporate Central Config allows companies to control the default InDesign PNG export preferences for all users.
Administrators can:

Define whether exports should use a transparent background

Configure all PNG export options to match the company’s preferred output standards

5. InDesign JPEG Export Preferences

6. Enable Same File Names
A company can define whether the option Enable same file names should be activated.
This helps control how files are handled and avoids naming conflicts depending on company workflows.

7. Target Folder Cleanup
For Target folder cleanup, administrators can define whether the system should:
