How to Setup your Corporate Central Config
Companies often use many different tools, so it's important that every employee can quickly set things up the same way. The Corporate Central Config feature makes this easy. It lets you set up standard settings once, for your whole team.
This is a paid add-on. To purchase it, contact us at sales@ci-hub.com or reach out to your reseller. (Product code: 900.100.072 – CCC Corporate Central Configuration)
How it works:
When the panel opens, it checks if your company has pre-set settings ready. If it finds them, users are automatically taken to a page where those settings are applied.
On the Corporate Central Config page, you'll see all available integrations with "Connect" buttons. Once you connect one, its button becomes disabled (since it's already connected). Depending on how you access a connection, it may show either the company's custom name or a default name.
You can find the Corporate Central Config page by clicking the gear icon on the main connection screen.

What You Can Customize
Corporate Central Config lets companies set up standard settings for everyone on the team. This keeps things consistent and avoids mix-ups across different projects.
Here's what you can configure:
1. UI Settings (User Interface)
Set up how the CI HUB Panel looks and feels for your whole team:
- A default language
- Text size (50–200%)
- Whether to show or hide notification messages

2. ExCoP Settings
Control how ExCoP behaves for your team:
- Turn PPI (image resolution) checks on or off
- Set a default PPI value
- Turn warnings on or off for files that may have been edited locally
- Turn the Book feature on or off
- Use file names to identify assets
- Automatically select new file versions when available

3. Recommended InDesign Settings
Choose whether recommended InDesign settings are turned on or off by default for your team.

4. InDesign PNG Export Preferences
Control how PNG files are exported by default:
- Turn PNG export settings on or off
- Set a default image resolution
- Choose whether exported images have a transparent background
- Adjust other PNG export options to match your company's standards

5. InDesign JPEG Export Preferences
Set default JPEG export options so everyone exports images with the same quality and format.

6. Enable Same File Names
Choose whether to allow files with the same name, this helps avoid naming mix-ups, depending on how your team works.

7. Target Folder Cleanup
Choose whether the system should:
- Clear temporary files every time it starts, or
- Keep them between sessions
This is helpful if you want to manage storage space and keep things running smoothly.

8. WordPress Plugin Settings
For the WordPress plugin, you can:
- Turn on Alt text mapping
- Let users add their own Alt text
This helps your team stay consistent with SEO and accessibility best practices.
