Occasionally it may happen, that you are not able to download our connector via Adobe CC. But don’t worry, this issue is easily fixed by following this guide:
1. First you want to install the ZXPinstaller, which is a drag and drop application. You can download it here: https://live.ci-hub.com/
2. Download the file:
3. After its downloaded you drag it into the open installer.
The installer will do everything by its own. You only need to restart your Adobe apps.
