Sometimes you might not be able to download our connector through Adobe Creative Cloud. Don't worry — this is easy to fix! Just follow these steps:
1. Install the ZXP Installer. This is a simple program where you just drag and drop files. You can download it here: https://live.ci-hub.com/
2. Download the connector file.
3. Drag the file into the installer once it's downloaded.
That's it! The installer will handle the rest automatically. Just restart your Adobe apps afterward, and you're good to go.
