The Check Panel for WordPress
If you are already using the CI HUB Connector in Adobe Creative Suite, you may know the advantages of the Check panel. The CI HUB Connector for WordPress brings similar functionality to WordPress.
To open the Check panel:
-
Go to the Media Library in WordPress.
-
Click Add New.
-
Click the CI HUB Connector button.
-
Select the link icon to open the Check panel.
The Check panel displays a list of all assets used in WordPress — including assets added with or without the CI HUB Connector.
Icons next to the asset names indicate which system the asset was added from.
Assets uploaded directly to the WordPress media library will not display an icon.
Just like in Adobe applications, the Check panel allows you to upload missing assets to the current system.

Find Assets Quickly
The Check panel also shows where your assets are used across your site.
You can see:
-
Which pages or posts contain the asset
-
How many times the asset is used
To locate an asset:
-
Hover over the Location entry to see where the asset appears.
-
Click the link to jump directly to the page or post where the asset is used.

Asset Details
The Check panel also provides additional information about each asset, including:
-
Asset name
-
Remote ID
-
Rendition
-
Last modification date
-
File size
-
Posts where the asset is used
-
File path in WordPress

Filter Assets
You can also choose to display only specific assets in the Check panel.
To do this:
-
Select one or more assets in the Media Library.
-
Open the Check panel.
The panel will now display only the assets you selected.
