The CI HUB Connector Professional's External Content Panel (ExCoP) feature is available on WordPress, helping you see and manage all your assets in one place, just like in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
How to Open the ExCoP
- Go to the Media Library in WordPress.
- Click Add New.
- Click the CI HUB Connector Professional button.
- Click the link icon to open the ExCoP
Once it's open, you'll see a list of every asset used on your WordPress site, no matter how it was added.
- Assets added through a DAM, PIM, MAM or cloud storage system will show a small icon so you know where they came from.
- Assets uploaded straight into WordPress won't have an icon.
Just like in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, if an asset is missing, you can upload it again right from this panel.
Find Assets Quickly
Want to know where an asset is being used on your site? This panel shows you:
- Which pages or posts include the asset
- How many times it's used
To find an asset:
- Hover over its location to see where it appears.
- Click the link to jump straight to that page or post.
Asset Details
Click on any asset to see helpful information, like:
- Asset name
- ID number
- Version
- Last time it was updated
- Asset size
- Which posts use it
- Where it's stored in WordPress
- Rendition
Filter Assets
You can also narrow down the list to just the assets you care about:
- In the Media Library, select the assets you want.
- Open the panel.
Now you'll only see the assets you picked.
