The ExCop Panel Controls
You can access the ExCoP function by clicking the link icon in the first level of the navigation panel. Once opened, the Link Overview appears at the bottom of the panel.
At the top of the overview, you can see the system perspective from which the links are being checked (for example, Dropbox). You can also identify the source system from which each asset originates.
The InDesign document itself is displayed first in the list and is also treated as an asset.
On the right side of the panel, several bulk actions are available:
Add – Add the selected asset to the active system.
Update – Update the asset if a newer version is available.
Check Status – Check the current status of your assets.
If the status indicator is blue, it means that the assets have not yet been checked.
Below this section, you will see the assets linked within the InDesign document. The same actions described above are available here. Additionally, you can link assets directly to the system from which they were originally placed using the CI HUB Connector ![]()
To view more information about an asset, click the white arrow next to the asset to expand and display its metadata.
With the CI HUB Connector, you can easily use and manage assets from multiple sources within the same document.
