How to Set Up My Account?

This guide explains how to activate your CI HUB account, troubleshoot common activation issues, and resolve license-related errors in the CI HUB panel.

1. Activation Instructions for New Accounts

When you're invited to CI HUB, you'll receive an activation email. Follow the link in the email to activate your account and log in to the CI HUB License Manager. Please note: the activation link will expire 2 weeks after it is sent.

License Activation Process

If you have been invited by a License Manager, they will assign a license to your email address via the CI HUB License Manager.

Once activated, you’ll be able to log in and use the CI HUB panel with full access.

2. Troubleshooting Missing Activation Links

If you have not received your activation email, or the activation link is missing:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Confirm that your email address was entered correctly by the License Manager.

📌 Note: This is an uncommon issue. If the problem persists, please contact CI HUB Support so we can assist you directly.

3. License Panel Issues

If you are logged in but still see a trial license in the CI HUB panel despite having an active license, please follow the steps below based on your login method:

a. Logged in via SSO (Single Sign-On)

If your organization uses SSO:

  • Your license is managed by your administrator.

  • Please contact them to:

    • Confirm your license status.

    • Ensure you have been added to the appropriate user group in the License Manager.

b. Invited by a License Manager

If you joined CI HUB via a personal invitation:

  • Contact the License Manager who invited you.

  • Ask them to:

    • Verify that a license has been assigned to your account.

    • If necessary, remove you from the license pool and re-invite you — this often resolves license display issues.

4. "License Expired" Error on Login

If you are unable to log in and receive a “License Expired” message, but you know your license is still valid:

  • This could be due to a synchronization issue with your account.

  • Please contact CI HUB Support. Our team will verify your license status and restore your access.
