Updating an Expiring SSO Certificate

If your Single Sign-On (SSO) certificate is about to expire, action is required to avoid authentication issues for your users.

Why this is important

An expired SSO certificate can prevent users from logging in successfully. To ensure uninterrupted access, the certificate must be renewed and updated before it expires.

What you need to do

  1. Generate a new SSO certificate
Follow your identity provider’s process to create a new, valid SSO certificate.

  2. Send the new certificate to CI HUB
Email the newly generated certificate to sso@ci-hub.com.

  3. CI HUB configuration
Once we receive the certificate, our team will upload and configure it on our side.
