How to Order a License

Purchasing a license for CI HUB is a straightforward process designed to give you seamless access to the platform’s features. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to get your license up and running quickly. For visual learners, we’ve included a screen recording to complement these instructions.

Step 1: Create an Account

Before you can order a license, you need a CI HUB account. Follow these steps to set up your account:

1. Visit ci-hub.com and register for a free trial.

2. Once your registration is complete, go to my.ci-hub.com to log in.

Your account dashboard is now ready, giving you access to subscription management, invoices, and payment options.

Step 2: Access the Buy Option

To purchase a license:

1. Navigate to the menu on your account dashboard.

2. Click the Buy button.

3. A list of available offers will be displayed.

Step 3: Select and Confirm Your License

1.  Review the different license options and select the one that best suits your needs.

2.  Choose how many seats (licenses) you want to purchase.

• You can always increase the number of licenses at any time during your current subscription term in MY CI HUB, and this change will become active immediately.
• Reducing the number of licenses mid-term is not supported.
  License reductions can be scheduled to activate at the start of the next subscription term.
  To request this, please contact the Accounting team at accounting@ci-hub.com.
• If a license reduction is already scheduled, this information will be displayed in your Subscription overview.
• Click Continue to proceed.

3.  Fill in your billing information, including:

• Your name or business details
• Accurate address information
• Your preferred payment method

4.  Confirm the purchase by clicking the final confirmation button.

Step 4: Manage Your License

After completing the payment, your license will be activated. You can:

• Verify your license details under the My Subscriptions tab on your dashboard.

• Use this section to manage your subscription or make updates as needed.
