Sales Club Rewards

How do I assign Sales Club Rewards 
 
When processing an order on My CI HUB you will find a new step in the process “Sales Club Rewards” just before “Confirm”. 

 
On this page, you have the choice to enter up to two Sales Club Member IDs to allocate points to your team. If the field “Do you want to assign Sales Club Rewards?” is set to “No” no points will be earned. 
If set to “Yes” you can enter up to two Sales Club IDs to earn reward points for this order. With one ID, the member receives 100% of the points. With two IDs, points are split equally.

How do I earn Sales Club Rewards 
 
Sales Club Rewards are available to all Sales Club members who have opted in and accepted the terms and conditions when they signed up. 

 
If you’re not sure if you opted in or not, please login to https://salesclub.ci-hub.com and you’ll be able to check your status along with your Sales Club Member ID and your current points balance.  

 
All orders earn 1 point per €1 or $1 paid to CI HUB and when you submit an order to us via My CI HUB you have the option to add 1 or 2 Sales Club Member IDs. If 1 ID is entered they will earn 100% of the points, if 2 IDs are entered, they are split 50% each. 
 
If you would like to change your status to opt in or out, please email salesclub@ci-hub.com and we’ll get it updated for you. 
 
How do I redeem Sales Club Rewards 
 
Points can be redeemed against almost anything and whilst we have made a few suggestions below, we love it when you get creative, so please let us know what you would like. 
 

  • 5,000 pts = €200 donation to a charity of your choice 
  • 10,000 pts = iPad or Dinner for two at a Michelin-starred restaurant 
  • 14,500 pts = Apple AirPods Max 
  • Rewards you would like 

 

Terms and Conditions 
 
By opting in to Sales Club Rewards you have agreed to our terms and conditions https://ci-hub.com/legal/terms and specifically: 
 

  • You are allowed to collect and redeem points from CI HUB from your employer 
  • You are responsible for any local tax regulations and / or payments for your location 
  • You will supply CI HUB with pictures, videos and quote for us to promote in our marketing. 
  • Initially, points are redeemed at a value of €0.04 per point 
  • CI HUB reserves the right to change any or all terms of the program at any point and changes will be notified via Sales Club newsletter or website.
