The CI HUB Connector allows you to seamlessly integrate all your services and assets directly into Salesforce.
Installation
To install the connector, go to the Salesforce AppExchange and search for “CI HUB”, or access it directly here:

Click “Get It Now” to begin the installation. You’ll be redirected to the Salesforce setup page, where you can complete the installation process.
If the connector is already installed, Salesforce will notify you.
Getting Started
After installation, open the Content Builder in Salesforce.
You can either:
- Create a new element, or
- Open an existing one
In the builder, you’ll find the CI HUB Connector on the left-hand side.
Simply drag and drop the connector into your design area to start using it.
First-Time Setup
When using the connector for the first time:
- Log in with your CI HUB ID
- Add and connect your services
